What do I mean by a working resolution? It means you are working well as a person. You hang together o.k.! It means that homosexuality may be present in some degree, but:
1.not preoccupying
2.not predominant
3.not preventing you from pursuing your life’s work, and satisfying relationships with others and with God.
4.not pushed away, repressed or denied
5.no longer causing you to compartmentalize your life
6.instead it is manageable, cope-able, adaptable.
and it is 7.progressively diminishing and fading
What do I mean by resolving homosexuality? It means that in regard to your homosexual feelings, thoughts, desires and attractions, there is a movement through several stages of change:
from experiencing homosexuality with denial, dissociation, division, compartmentalizing it in yourself,
or as a burden, in self-pity, with a victim mentality
or seeing it as your enemy, with anger and fighting with
yourself, feeling self-hatred and disgust, and shame,
to greater toleration and peace with yourself,
to pro-active acceptance of yourself as God accepts you and making a friend of yourself,
to a positive valuing of yourself as God values you; an
embracing of yourself,
to seeing homosexuality as a paradoxical "gift" by which you live out a biblically faithful call to resolution with God’s grace and through which God is sanctifying you and blessing you and others.
