"Shame is a very heavy feeling" writes Pastor Lewis Smedes. Anyone seeking to gain self-control over his sexual life must come to grips with shame. Shame seems to be a commonl element in the development of sexual addiction and in homosexuality. I list it as one of the needles and as an element in the person who is devitalized.
