Decide on a day and time each week on which you will regularly send your email (e.g. Friday, 10pm). Don't vary the time. This can be any time that you feel is best for you, even if I don't read it till the next day. NOTE WELL: you can only begin the program on the first week of a calendar month. You can begin any month in the calendar.. Your first free month begins the week you send an email. In that email and all subsequent emails for the free month, date each email, and use a fictitious name if you would like. After you enroll in the program, date the email and use your real name. Please number the sections as listed below. The last Learning of the Program is also free. You only pay for Learnings 2 through 5 when you enroll in the Program. The fee for these is $300 for Learnings 2-5, or $75.00 for each Learning; the last month is free. If you plan to continue in the Program after the first free month, you will need to send me the following Questionnaire

This is what you should include in your weekly email:

1. An Accountability Report: Try to be very open and honest in detailing the kind and frequency of any inappropriate sexual behavior in thought or action. Fantasies, dreams, thoughts, intentions, feelings, and all behaviors (masturbation, sexual involvement with another person, touching self and others, emotional attachments which are inappropriate, visual indulgence, pornography, telephone conversations, chat or email, cruising, flirting, etc.. It only works if you are willing to be courageously honest and open with your counselor, holding no secrets back or softening your words to excuse or cushion the truth. The fact is, you cannot afford to lie or distort reality anymore. You must remain in the cleansing light of the Holy Spirit. You must be willing to make a break with all deception, distortion, excuses and compromises.
2. Your Prayer of Confession to God of any sinful behavior, desire for His help, thankfulness for help you have received, etc. The reason you are writing this out and sending it is not to be poetic or fancy in your writing, but to purposefully take the time to engage in conscious, intentional weekly confession. You are speaking to God (though I am also hearing your confession). It is God who forgives and give you the internal witness by His Spirit that you are forgiven. Be sure it's a prayer that is from your heart and that you have actually spoken to God in your prayer room before you send it.
3. Respond to the questions and issues raised from the "Assignment" area of the Learning for this month, including the Bible passage for reflection. Since you have four emails to share each month, and for me to respond to, you can spread the material over the month if you like. I would strongly recommend that you read the Learning of the month at least twice, at different times during the month.
4. Raise anything else that is not related to the Learning which you'd like some response to. Generally I will try to tie it in to the material in the program.

ENROLLMENT TERMS

If you are an enrolled participant, your payment (check, paypal, money order, no credit cards) is required on the first week of each enrolled month (Learnings 2-5), and should be made out to and sent to Dr William Consiglio, 876 Shepard Ave, Hamden CT 06514, USA. The Password for a Learning is not given until payment is received. Payments will not be refunded once you have received the password for a monthly Learning. You are free to discontinue the Program at any time. The first and last Learnings of the Program are free. You only pay for Learnings 2 through 5 when you enroll in Accountability Works. The fee is $300 for Learnings 2-5, (plus weekly accountability and counsel) or $75.00 for each Learning; the last month is free.
